StepStone / TotalJobs values equal pay in every field of work. That means in football, too. Pun intended. To put their money where their mouth is, they’ve started sponsoring the Frauschaft of F.C. Viktoria Berlin. Making them the first paid team in Germany’s 3rd league (Regionalliga) for women.
During last men’s World Cup we’ve asked the players of Viktoria to address the huge pay gap between men and women in Football.
